Brown Bros Roofing can do everything outside of your house! Our team completely remodeled this home and it looks like the whole home was built yesterday. The homeowner called with concerns about leaking siding and leaking gutters. What we found after our visit: Gutters were not pitched properly and there was leaking onto wooden cedar shingles for a period of years. After discussing several options with the homeowner, it was decided to replace the siding with vinyl but the homeowner wanted to keep the look of them as close to the existing colors as possible.
COMPLETED WORK:
1. New Siding:
- Grayne Vinyl Siding – Aspen Brown
- Wrapped all fascia and rakes
2. Repairs to porches, stairs, doors, and flat roof above the cellar door:
- Replaced front two railings; replaced front stair risers and treads
- Replaced risers with composite PVC and stair/treads with composite decking boards
- Scraped, primed, and painted the front porch and scraped and painted the front and back doors
- Scraped, primed, and painted the front (existing) wooden porch
- Replaced the flat roof on the left side of the home using Mulehide 060 rubber
3. Rebuilt retaining wall and concrete walkway in the rear of the house
4. Replaced the kitchen window with Wincore 550 series window
5. Replaced two (2) storm doors with Andersen 300 Series
6. Rebuilt rear stairs
