After receiving 3 estimates for a new roofing, we chose Brown Bros. They came out and evaluated what we needed. The cost was well below competitors prices. Workers arrived early and worked incredibly hard until the job was completed in one day clean-up was amazing. We high recommend Brown Bros. Roofing

Just had my roof redone by Brown Bros., they did an excellent job from start to finish. The materials and dumpster were dropped off the day before and the job was completed the next day without delay. Very neat, with an outstanding job on cleanup and we're getting compliments from our neighbors on how beautiful the house looks now. Lisa the owner did a great job guiding us through the process, I highly recommend Brown Bros if you need a new roof.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Brown Bro’s. From initial consult/estimate process through completion Lisa and the super motivated teams she pulls together where both professional and masterful. Coordination with suppliers and other support resources was done in a seamless and efficient manner. We had a fairly involved.job that need to have 2 chimney’s rebuilt, the entire roof replaced and an entire gutter system with leaf-guards installed which required all water damaged fascia/soffit boards involved to be replaced. All our questions were answered, as we were in constant contact with them. We were never left to wonder if we were in good hands or not… We totally were. All told the job took about a 1 1/2 weeks to complete.. Full marks from us. We fully endorse and recommend this company.

They came out, evaluated what we needed, explained options, and mentioned other things (as optional work) that we didn't know needed to be done (on the house we just purchased). Their communication was great. And we are pleased with the job they did. I recommend this company.

I contacted Brown Bros Roofing in May of 2022 to provide an estimate for a new roof installation at my home. They promptly returned my call and scheduled a time to send someone out - this was in contrast to multiple other companies that never returned my calls after initial contact.
The estimate I received was transparent, clear and itemized by service and price. When the work was scheduled, they sent a crew out that finished the job in one day. They were polite and quick! I did have an issue with the way a piece of one of the drip edges was installed but when I called the office they were responsive and quick to resolve the issue which I appreciated.
I'll just add that I did get another estimate that was less in overall price but I chose Brown Brothers Roofing because they have a
good reputation and work hard to keep it that way.
I would highly recommend Brown Brothers to other people requiring roofing service.

I can't say enough about the company and the crew that roofed our home. The price was fair, they started when they said they would (started at 7 a.m. and finished closed to 7 p.m.) and they did a professional job. Our 7-person crew completed our large Victorian in a day, taking the last few hours to clean up using a variety of tools. Everything was put back in place and the new roof looks great.

I Hired Brown Brothers to replace the roof on our 3 season porch that was getting water. They arrived for the estimate when they said they would which seems to be rare with contractors these days. They replaced the shingle roof with rubber, did a great job and finished in a day.

I hired Brown Brothers Roofing to repair my roof. Mardy Kozelian came out and not only gave an estimate, but took the time to look over the house and point out a few other things (e.g. a couple of joists in the attic that needed attention.) that needed attention without a sales pitch. I mentioned the water I was getting in the basement and he suggested I get some drywells, to which I said yes. All of the work was done quickly, with no mess whatsoever; and the pricing was very competitive. Lisa was also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. If you need either roofing or gutter work, I highly recommend this business!

I hired Brown Bros Roofing to replace an asphalt roof that my elderly mother had installed almost 40 years ago. The estimator Mardy Kozelian was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, listened closely to our needs and explained the process and options clearly. He gave us reasonable allowances for any plywood or fascia boards that may have needed to be replaced. His well-detailed estimate was so competitive that it allowed for us to add replacement of the gutters with screens and downspouts at a rate well below any competitive quotes for just the roof. The owner Lisa Robertson, daughter of the founder, was also very helpful with my mother in selecting the best colors and style of shingles to go with the vinyl siding. She communicated the schedule, explained the work that would be performed each day. And continuously follows up to ensure we were satisfied. The workers were meticulous, thorough and ensured the work area was during the job. We were so satisfied with the workmanship and customer service that we hired them to replace doors and trip on the house as well. I highly recommend Brown Bros Roofing on your next project.

They are absolutely wonderful. My roof was leaking and needed to be replace quick. They came out after hour to take a look and provided me a very competitive quote, and they are able to replace my roof within 2 days due to waiting on supplies, but only took 2 days to finish the job! Absolutely amazing and highly recommend them for your next job!

We had a great experience with Brown Brothers Roofing. They replaced our old asphalt shingle roof in one day, and they did a great job with clean up. They gave us a fair price for our roof replacement, and we are pleased with their work. Due to weather issues, we had to delay our project for a few days, and there were several texts and phone calls between myself and Lisa in the office. I enjoyed dealing with Lisa as she is very pleasant, and we had a good laugh over Mother Nature not being cooperative! Overall, I highly recommend Brown Brothers Roofing for their fairness, honestly, and quality of workmanship!

Excellent service. The cost was well below another from a competing service. The scheduling was flexible for the best day for my time. The work crew arrived minutes before the time I was told they would start. All work was done in one very long day for the work crew. After the big winter snow season several years ago, Brown Brothers was the only company that I could get to do a small roof repair from snow damage, even though their scheduled then was overloaded. That gave me additional confidence to go with them for this roof replacement. I highly recommend them.

Brown Bros gave me a fair estimate. I signed a contract and they were there in a week to do the job. They worked a long day and got the job. They did a great job and cleaned up like they were never there. Their customer service was excellent with all the details. Very impressed.
